OML 144

Facts
Located in the Niger Delta, about 50km offshore covering an area of 96 square kilometres and an average water depth of circa 100m.
Significant volumes of oil and gas have been discovered and produced in Miocene-Pliocene reservoirs of the Shokoloko, Toriye, Odium, Ofrima, Eweri and Asanga fields, all within a 35km radius of OML 144.
Primary oil and/or gas targets are the multi-stacked, high porosity and permeability clastic reservoirs which are shelf to slope reservoir sands of Pliocene/Pleistocene to Upper Miocene age.
