- Started career at PAC Solicitors before moving to Bond Bank (now Polaris Bank) where she worked within Legal & Corporate Services, Internal Control and Risk Management
- Holds an LLB degree in law from the University of Lagos, a BL from the Nigerian Law School, Abuja and an MSc in International Management from the Henley Business School, UK
- She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and International Dispute Resolution Institute (IDRI), Nigeria
